hi peeps, my com has died again... i'm now using my bro's com to write this.... so dun expect any new posts from me at the moment... take care!

Well, I've been working at Cafe de Roma for prolly.... 6 days now... can consider a week worth of work but split into two. Done alot of cooking on my own because I think the Junior Sous Chef wants me to get the technique right and giving me confidence of handling orders on my own.

Normally my work days is only 3 days a week.. but my sous chef called me back this week for another extra two days.. Friday and Sun.. so I figured... since Princess YT has already flown to Shanghai by then.. why not spend my sunday doing work instead and earn some extra cash....

I really like my job at the Cafe.. I get to cook and look at how food like bruschetta and other food are prepared. I hope I gets confirmed and convert to full time cook. =) "more $$$ ma" Heehee.

Anyone wants to try my cooking? Please head down to the Cafe outside Scotts.. hahaha.
